This is a single family, 3 bedroom, one story, 2 car garage phase 1 housing project located in the Caribbean. Each tropical building style house sits on 8000 sq.ft. Given the warm climate, high ceilings with big windows allows for cross winds to reduce interior temperatures. Material selection to withstand the weather was also key to the success of this quality sub division.
