Refunds and Exchanges: What is your return and exchange policy?

We at Douglas Design are big on customer satisfaction. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase you can return our product. There will however be a restocking fee, which is 20% of the total purchase price and the product must be in the same packaging and condition as delivered, with no evidence of wear and tear. If there is a part that fails or is missing, we will replace it within 5 - 10 business days of notification. Express shipping is available.

 

Shipping

Please provide an accurate address for our carriers. Our carriers are FedEx and USPS for shipping within the United States. For international shipping our carriers are DHL and FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes because every furniture product needs to be signed for upon delivery. Any damages due to shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Payment

Douglas Design accepts all major credit cards. After payment is received, products would be shipped within 2 business days. 

 

Furniture Care: How do I care for my furniture?

Our furniture is made from solid wood and glass. We suggest that you wipe with a slightly damp cloth then dry with lint-free material to maintain the product. Avoid harsh cleaning agents on stained wood finishes to prevent scratches and stripping of finish.

 

Warranty: Do you have a warranty policy?

Yes. One (1) year for manufacturer defects.
